Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 and section 49 (10) of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the International Protection Act (Permission to Remain) Regulations 2016. | ||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 31 December 2016. | ||
2. A period of 5 days following the receipt by an applicant of a decision of the Tribunal under section 46(6) of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015) is prescribed for the purposes of section 49(9) of that Act. | ||

These Regulations set out the time period for the provision of information following receipt by an applicant of a decision of the International Protection Appeals Tribunal for the purposes of Section 49 (9) of the International Protection Act 2015 . |
