The Government, on the request of the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation) Order 2017. | ||
2. Ms. Ellen Lynch, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 9 January 2017. | ||
3. Mr. Roy Dooney, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 23 January 2017. | ||
