Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection) Order 2017. | ||
2. Mr Gerry Mullins, particulars of whose address has been deposited at the offices of the Department of Employment, Affairs and Social Protection, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection with effect from 2nd October 2017. | ||
