Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Children’s Health Act 2018 (No. 27 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Children’s Health Act 2018 (Establishment Day) Order 2018. | ||
2. The 4th day of December 2018 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Children’s Health Act 2018 (No. 27 of 2018). | ||
