Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, REGINA DOHERTY, Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2018 (No. 38 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 4th day of March 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2018 (No. 38 of 2018) shall come into operation. | ||
