Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, SHANE ROSS, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (No. 12 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 14th day of June 2019 is appointed as the day on which Part 1 of the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (No. 12 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
