I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Financial Transfers Act 1992 (No. 27 of 1992), and for the purpose of giving further effect to Council Regulation (EU) 2018/1932 of 10 December 20181 , hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Transfers (Eritrea) (Prohibition) (Revocation) Order 2019. | ||
2. The Financial Transfers (Eritrea) (Prohibition) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 637 of 2010 ) is revoked. | ||

These Regulations give effect to Council Regulation (EC) No. 2018/1932 of 10 December 2018, repealing Regulation (EU) No. 667/2010 concerning certain restrictive measures in respect of Eritrea, by revoking the Financial Transfers (Eritrea) (Prohibition) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 637 of 2010 ). | ||
