Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th June, 2020. | ||
The Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27 (3) of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 2019 (No. 44 of 2019), hereby orders as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 1st day of December 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 44 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
