Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th September, 2020. | ||
I, Stephen Donnelly, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Children's Health Act 2018 (No.27 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Children's Health Act 2018 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 30th day of September 2020 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Children's Health Act 2018 (No. 27 of 2018) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) section 62; | ||
(b) section 63; | ||
(c) section 64; | ||
(d) section 65; | ||
(e) section 66. | ||

EXPLANATORY NOTE | ||
(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.) | ||
The 30th day of September 2020 is appointed as the day on which Sections 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66 of the Children's Health Act 2018 (No. 27 of 2018) shall come into operation. |
