Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th September, 2020. | ||
I, Paschal Donohoe, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 519C(1) of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), hereby make the following order: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Section 519C(1)) (Prescribed Persons) Order 2020. | ||
2. The following persons are prescribed as qualifying savings institutions under paragraph (i) of the definition of “qualifying savings institution” in section 519C(1) of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997): | ||
(a) Yorkshire Building Society; | ||
(b) Barclays Bank UK PLC. | ||
