S.I. No. 397/2020 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform) Order 2020


Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd October, 2020.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform) Order 2020.

2. Grant Sweetnam, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform with effect from 7 July 2020.

3. Kevin Barrett, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform with effect from 21 September 2020.
