Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follow: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Justice) Order 2020. | ||
2. Mr Patrick Cluskey, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, 51 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice with effect from 13 July 2020, And, Mr Fiach Kelly, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, 51 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice with effect from 20 July 2020. | ||
