Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister of the Government who is the leader of a political party registered in the Register of Political Parties, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications and Minister for Transport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Leader, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications and Minister for Transport) Order 2020. | ||
2. Each of the following persons particulars of each of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister of the Government who is the leader of a political party registered in the Register of Political Parties, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications and Minister for Transport, with effect from 27 June 2020: | ||
(a) Anna Conlan; | ||
(b) Dónall Geoghegan; | ||
(c) Éamonn Fahey; | ||
(d) David Healy; | ||
(e) Niamh Allen. | ||
