I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3)(a) of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020), and being of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so having regard to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (4) of that section as they relate to the State body to which the following order applies, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29 (Inland Fisheries Ireland) (Designation) Order 2021. | ||
2. Inland Fisheries Ireland is designated for the purposes of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020). | ||

This Order provides for the designation of Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI) as a designated State body pursuant to subsection (3)(a) of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020). |
