Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) Order 2021. | ||
2. Fiach Kelly, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment with effect from 1 May 2021. | ||
3. Patrick Cluskey, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment with effect from 1 May 2021. | ||
