Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the CervicalCheck Tribunal Act 2019 (No. 31 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the CervicalCheck Tribunal Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 23rd day of May 2022 is appointed as the day on which the CervicalCheck Tribunal Act 2019 (No. 31 of 2019) shall, in so far as it is not already in operation, come into operation. | ||
