Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 16 of 2020), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 1st day of June 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 139 of the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 16 of 2020) shall come into operation. | ||

EXPLANATORY NOTE | ||

This provision amends the Medical Practitioners Act 2007 . |
