I, Jack Chambers, Minister of State at the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18A(1) of the Official Languages Act 2003 (No. 32 of 2003) (as adapted by the Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 403 of 2020 )) and the Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2020 (S.I. 547 of 2020), hereby order as follows: | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st July, 2022. | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Official Languages Act 2003 (Establishment Day) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 20th day of June 2022 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Official Languages Act 2003 (No. 32 of 2003). | ||
