Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20(4) of the Public Service Pay and Pensions Act 2017 (No. 34 of 2017), hereby make the following order: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Pay and Pensions Act 2017 (Section 20(4)) Order 2022. | ||
2. This Order applies to a public servant to whom section 20 of the Public Service Pay and Pensions Act 2017 (No. 34 of 2017) applies. | ||
3. On and from 1 July 2022, the annualised amount of the basic salary of a public servant to whom this Order applies shall stand at the amount at which it stood immediately before the enactment of section 2 of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009 (No. 41 of 2009). | ||
