Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, Eamon Ryan, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (3) of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Parts 6 and 7) (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 27th day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which Parts 6 and 7 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
