Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd August, 2022. | ||
I, Eamon Ryan, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 26 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 23rd day of August 2022 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 26 of 2022) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 1, other than section 5; | ||
(b) Part 6. | ||
