Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th November, 2022. | ||
I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 (2) of the Development (Emergency Electricity Generation) Act 2022 (No. 35 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Development (Emergency Electricity Generation) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 11th day of November 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Development (Emergency Electricity Generation) Act 2022 (No. 35 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
