Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (No. 40 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (Section 69) (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 15th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 69 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (No.40 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
