Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 9th May, 2023. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Health) Order 2023. | ||
2. Susan Mitchell, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health with effect from 17 December 2022. | ||
3. Páraic Gallagher, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health with effect from 17 December 2022. | ||
