Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2023. | ||
2. The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000). | ||
The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage consents to the foregoing Order. | ||
