Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 4 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 9th day of June 2023 is appointed as the day on which Parts 2 to 9 of the Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 4 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
