I, DARA CALLEARY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022) and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 15 of 2023 ), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Change of Name of Board) Order 2023. | ||
2. The Personal Injuries Assessment Board shall, on and from the 14th day of December 2023, be known, in the Irish language, as An Bord um Réiteach Díobhálacha Pearsanta and, in the English language, as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board. | ||
