Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on request of the Minister for Justice and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice) Order 2024. | ||
2. Caroline Murphy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, with effect from 3 January 2024. | ||
