Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (No. 1 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 14th day of May 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 302 (b) of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (No. 1 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
