Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23 of the Gas (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (No. 11 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (Vesting Day) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 14th day of May 2024 is appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of the Gas (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (No. 11 of 2024). | ||
