Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PETER BURKE, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Employment (Collective Redundancies and Miscellaneous Provisions) and Companies (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 14 of 2024), hereby make the following order: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Employment (Collective Redundancies and Miscellaneous Provisions) and Companies (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of July 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Employment (Collective Redundancies and Miscellaneous Provisions) and Companies (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 14 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
