Family Law-domestic violence-ouster order-exclusion of violent husband from matrimonial home used as joint business premises just and reasonable if management of business impossible if he remains, physical and mental health of wife and child at risk, and easier for husband to obtain alternative accommodation-proper to protect husband's financial position by requiring wife to submit regular business accounts
