Conflict of Laws-jurisdiction-forum conveniens-England more appropriate forum to hear suit for recovery of moneys owed or held on trust if suit has real and substantial connection with England, e.g. if all parties amenable to English jurisdiction and representor in Jersey willing to submit to English jurisdiction, agreement or trust on which suit brought made in England, and only connection with Jersey that moneys held in Jersey bank account
