Companies-liquidators-appointment-company itself or court may appoint-individuals singly or collectively, limited liability company or sole proprietor of firm all eligible-partnership firm not eligible but individual partners are-no time limit to appointment and remains in office until company wound up and assets distributed, unless previously replaced
