Advocates-disciplinary proceedings-powers of Royal Court-Royal Court may discipline advocate (a) where client suffered loss due to his neglect or misconduct; or (b) where acted without authority-in former case, may order advocate to compensate client; in latter, may follow English practice to stay orders against client and order advocate to pay costs
