Civil Procedure-discovery-foreign discovery procedure-party to Jersey litigation may obtain documents or examine witnesses on oath under foreign court procedure for purposes of Jersey proceedings, but court may enjoin from doing so if unconscionable-not to amount to "fishing expedition," prejudice other parties or abuse process of court
