Trusts-trust protector-powers and duties-conflict of interest-protector advancing claims against trust has conflict of interest and unreasonable not to resign-may be ordered to pay parties' costs of removal representation on indemnity basis-protector (and others with limited or fiduciary powers, e.g. appointor) to inform trustee and beneficiaries (if practicable) of conflict as soon as apparent-may continue if in beneficiaries' interests-duty to resign if not, otherwise trustees to seek removal
