Trusts-creation-intention of donor-mistake-voluntary transfer into trust set aside if court satisfied (a) mistake by settlor/donor; (b) settlor/donor would not have entered transaction "but for" mistake; and (c) mistake so serious that unjust for donee to retain property-disposition set aside if mistaken belief (from incorrect advice) that would avoid significant liability to UK Inheritance Tax
