Tort-fatal accidents-settlement-court may (in exercise of inherent jurisdiction) sanction settlement of action brought on behalf of minor under Fatal Accidents (Jersey) Law 1962-necessary to ensure settlement in minor's best interests and to provide finality in litigation-court to be provided with legal opinion on merits of action and copy of any financial advice-proper arrangements necessary for management of funds on child's behalf (tutelle)-if outstanding issues as to application of funds (i.e. tutrice and child living overseas where intend to use funds to purchase property), settlement sanctioned but funds held by advocate pending further order
