    DECISION ON A PRE-HEARING REVIEW

  1. The Tribunal declines to make an Order striking-out the respondent's response.

  2. It extends the time for compliance with the Unless Order made on 21 January 2008 from 28 January until 15 February 2008.

  3. It orders that the respondent do pay to the claimant the sum of £2,500 together with VAT thereon in respect of costs incurred by the latter.

  4. Oral reasons for the decision were given at the hearing in accordance with Rule 26(2) of the Fair Employment Tribunal (Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.
