    It is the unanimous decision of the Tribunal that the applicants' are entitled to receive the various sums due to them set out in the body of the decision.

    SUMMARY REASONS

  1. At the outset Mr Coll announced that the applicants' various claims for breach of contract and unpaid wages had been settled in the sums set out in the table below and he asked the Tribunal to make an Order in favour of each applicant. The applicants were content for Mr Coll to announce the figures agreed to the Tribunal.
