DECISION
The claimant's claim against the respondents and each of them is struck out, pursuant to Rule 20(4) of the Industrial Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2005, by reason of the failure of the claimant to pay a deposit in accordance with an Order of the tribunal.

Reasons
By Order dated 1 December 2006, pursuant to Rule 20 of the said Rules of Procedure, the claimant was ordered to pay to the Secretary of the Tribunals a deposit in the sum of £100.00, as a condition of being permitted to take part in the proceedings relating to her claim, within 21 days of the day on which the document, recording the said Order, was sent to the claimant. The document was sent to the claimant on 4 December 2006.
The claimant did not pay the said deposit within the said period of 21 days.
The claimant's claim is therefore struck out by reason of the failure of the claimant to pay the said deposit, in accordance with the said Order dated 1 December 2006.
