The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claim for redundancy payment and breach of contract are dismissed.

Facts
1. The claimant has not appeared today and there was no explanation for his absence. Having considered the papers the tribunal concludes that there is insufficient information to satisfy us that it is appropriate to make findings in the claimant’s favour. The tribunal did not have the benefit of hearing evidence from the claimant. We therefore determine that the claimant’s claims be dismissed.
