The claimant appeared in person.

1. The issue for the tribunal is whether the claimant is entitled to 17 days holiday pay in respect of his employment.
2. The claimant informed the tribunal that he was entitled to carry over 14 days holiday pay from the 2009 holiday year. He did not receive payment for these holidays. The claimant also indicated that at the date of termination of his employment, he was entitled to a further three days for the 2010 holiday year on a pro rata basis. I accept the claimant’s evidence.
