1. By consent the claimant’s application for costs was withdrawn in open tribunal.
2. By consent the principal sum of:-
a. £52,382.30 is reduced to £52,000.00.
b. In paragraph 52 the figure of £2,132.00 is reduced to £1,838.19.
c. In paragraph 55 the figure of £23,683.00 becomes £23,389.19, the figure of £30,787.90 becomes £30,405.90; and the figure of £31,049.70 becomes £30,667.70.
d. In paragraph 60 the figure of £52,382.30 is reduced to £52,000.00.
3. In all other respects the decision remains unaltered.
4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interests) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
