DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £1,443.75, notice pay of £1,308.78 and holiday pay of £586.25.

The claimant appeared in person assisted by an interpreter.
The respondent was represented by Mr M Young, Managing Director.
1. The claimant was employed by the respondent from 1 November 2004 to 24 December 2010 when she was made redundant and therefore had six years complete service.
2. His gross weekly wage was £262.50 and her net weekly wage was £218.13. She was aged 27 at the date of her redundancy.
3. The claimant was not paid any notice pay.
4. The claimant was contractually entitled to 29 days annual paid leave. The leave year ran from 1 January to 31 December each year. The claimant had taken 15 days paid leave in 2010.
5. The claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment, calculated as follows:-
5.5 x £262.50 = £1,443.75
6. The claimant is entitled to notice pay, calculated as follows:-
6 x £218.13 = £1,308.78
7. The claimant is entitled to holiday pay, calculated as follows:-
358/365 x 29 = 28.44 days contractual entitlement to 24 December
Less 15 days taken = 13.44 days entitlement
Net daily pay = £43.62
13.44 x £43.62 = £ 586.25
8. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
