1(a)    The claimant’s claim in respect of unpaid holiday pay is dismissed.  It was not presented within the prescribed time-limit, and there are no grounds for extending time.

 

 (b)     His claim of unfair dismissal is also dismissed.

 

2        Reasons were given at the hearing.
