DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that:-
(1) The title of the respondent is ordered to be amended to:-
Millbrook Removals Ltd
(2) The tribunal makes a declaration that the respondent, Millbrook Removals Ltd, has made an unauthorised deduction from the wages of the claimant in the sum of £300.00 and orders the said respondent to pay to the claimant the sum of £300.00.
