1. The title of the proceedings was amended by consent to reflect that the proceedings were confined to a claim against the first named respondent and the original second named respondent, Jacquie Bowen was dismissed from the proceedings. The first named respondent did not pursue its application for costs in relation to the claimant’s earlier refusal to consent to the second named respondent’s dismissal.
2. The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal was dismissed for reasons given at the hearing.
