1.       The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment from the National Insurance Fund is refused.  I am not satisfied he was an employee within the meaning of Article 3 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.

 

2.       Reasons for my decision were given at the hearing.
